The Model 4705 Oxygen (O2) Analyzer uses a revolutionary pumped-oxygen zirconium oxide cell to measure oxygen concentration. The pumped cell provides truly linear sensor output that allows for calibration and measurement from 0% O2 to 25% O2, removing the need to maintain the 2% O2 calibration gas normally required for traditional zirconium oxide analyzers. The true linear ouput, full measurement range, and ultra-stable zero make the Model 4705 a robust, high-performance replacement for both paramagnetic oxygen analyzers and zirconium oxide O2 analyzers. The Model 4705 meets or exceeds 40CFR60 and 40CFR75 demands for relative accuracy, linearity, and calibration drift in low and ultra-low NOx natural gas-fired combustion turbine applications. The Model 4705 is a single-channel oxygen analyzer. The Model 4805 is a dual-channel oxygen analyzer capable of measuring the O2 concentration of two independent gas streams, but only requires the space of a single Model 4705. Advantages Over Conventional and Insitu Designs - Thermally coupled reference gas eliminates dependence on ambient humidity and reduces thermal drift - Sensor is fully housed within instrument -- no mounting of external sensor required - Easy-to-use two-point calibration via front panel buttons -- no complicated menus or passwords to remember
