California Analytical Model 300CLD NO/NO2/NOx Analyzer
The California Analytical Model 300CLD NO/NO2/NOx analyzer uses the analytical technique of chemiluminescence. The instrument, unlike most other NOx analyzers, requires positive pressure for the sample and is supplied with a positive pressure pump. Response times are extremely fast, yet an external air supply is needed for ozone generation. Multiple ranges are available from 100 ppm to 10,000 ppm.

Service Note The California Analytical NOx Analyzer requires the use of an external air source for ozone generation. If you expect NOx concentrations above 2,000 ppm, an oxygen source is needed for proper operation.
California Analytical Model 600CLD NO/NO2/NOx Analyzer
The CAI Model 600CLD is a microprocessor-controlled chemiluminescence NOx analyzer that can simultaneously measure NO, NO2, and total NOx concentrations. The unit is provided with a low temperature, vitreous carbon converter that is specific to the NO2 to NO reaction (will not convert ammonia). This unit includes an internal sample pump, front panel zero/span “push button” controls, and excellent range capabilities. Note that this unit requires an external source of clean, dry air for ozone generation and oxygen is recommended for concentrations over 3000 ppm.

California Analytical Model 400HCLD Heated NO/NOx Analyzer
The CAI Model 400HCLD is a heated NOx analyzer that uses the analytical technique of chemiluminescence. The unit maintains sample temperature above dew point until it reaches the converter. This technique minimizes the NO2 loss from traditional gas conditioning systems. The unit is provided with a low temperature, vitreous carbon converter that is specific to the NO2 to NO reaction (will not convert ammonia). This unit includes an internal sample pump, front panel zero/span potentiometers, and a NO/NOx selector switch. Note that this unit requires an external source of clean, dry air for ozone generation.
The Model 400 HCLD has been designed to meet the specific requirements of the US EPA Federal Register, Title 40, Subpart D and Subpart N.
