As a Factory Authorized Service Center for Teledyne-API and California Analytical (CAI) equipment, AMP-Cherokee is your Eastern US service location.


Our senior analyzer technicians have over 20 years of combined experience with API/CAI factory service training (one senior technician assisted in the training program while at API!). AMP-Cherokee’s repair technicians can provide repairs and calibration on all popular instrument models and brands.

Instrumentation Repairs
To discuss your equipment problems prior to shipping, contact an AMP-Cherokee repair technician at 800 399-4236. You also have the option to determine if a repair can be accomplished prior to sending your unit in for an estimate. (See phone support information below.)

We now perform an estimate on ALL repairs. AMP-Cherokee charges a flat rate of $75.00 plus shipping for all repair estimates. Minimum repair rates start with two hours of labor at $100.00 per hour for analyzers, $60.00 per hour for manual method equipment.

AMP-Cherokee warranties all repairs with a 30-day labor warranty. Our warranty is limited to equipment kept in good operating condition and does not cover instruments that have been subjected to excesive contamination, water damage or other forms of neglect.

Instrumentation Calibration
Instrumentation calibration is available on all popular models - please call us to discuss the unit you will be sending to confirm a calibration service is available for it.

Phone Support
You also have the option to determine if a repair or servicing procedure can be accomplished prior to sending your unit in for an estimate. The first 15 minutes are free on customer-owned equipment (no limit on rental units). Thereafter, phone support will be billed at the rate of $25.00 per 15 minute increments.

Prior to sending any equipment to AMP-Cherokee, please contact us at 800 399-4236 for a return authorization number to get your equipment repaired and returned to you most efficiently. Once you've been given an RMA number, ship your equipment to:
