ProLogix PEMS™
ProLogix PEMS™ is an industrial PLC based software CEMS solution that uses process data inputs and a statistical model to continuously calculate pollutant emissions with CEMS-level accuracy. The ProLogix PEMS™ model can accurately predict emissions across multiple operating loads and operational scenarios with as few as three sensor inputs or with as many as fifteen sensor inputs.
ProLogix PEMS™ eliminates the need for continuous sample extraction equipment, calibration gases and hardware preventative maintenance which results in lower operating costs and increased reliability.
ProLogix PEMS™ includes system health, sensor validation, and real time data displays. Real-time emissions data is provided over TCPIP network and/or analog signal for the highest system visibility available. Data provided by ProLogix PEMS™ can be integrated into a facility’s existing data historian or to an AMP-Cherokee provided data acquisition system (DAS).
